7″ CHEF KNIFE A stainless steel chef knife for a professional kitchen. 1/8″ thin, sharp and durable with long lasting with high edge retention. Large sweeping belly blade and ergonomic handle. Handle material will be g10 or micarta handle scales and 1/4″ pins. Do not put in the dishwasher hand washing only.
